I love that this is latex free, so there is no need to worry about patients that are allergic to latex. I think latex is the only thing that I personally am allergic to. It is a premium product that is precise and simple to use -- basically like the old-fashioned ones, where you hook the sphygmomanometer to the cuff after it is fitted, and pump. After, release and get the reading easily. This one is very durable and well made.
