Starry Laser Lights Projection Christmas Lights

I adore laser projector lights and used laser lights last season, where we had individuals stepping up and sometimes, into my yard to see the lights on their skin! Haha!

Minos Moka Pot Espresso Maker

I am an Italian brat that enjoys coffee more than "most" things, so if a cup is not up to par, I tend to get a little cranky. Just a little. ;)

I grind them, place water in the bottom of the pot, add grounds, gently press with the plate, put the pot together, and place over heat--any stove works well with this pot, just do not allow the flames to go too high, if using a gas stove. After the coffee stops and I see cream, my coffee is ready! It is that simple. Once you have a taste of coffee being made this way, you will become a brat as well, and insist on coffee only made this way.

Tip: Before first use of the moka pot, clean the whole pot with soft dish towel and dishwashing liquid.

1. Pour cold water into bottom chamber.
2. Fill water 1cm below the pressure valve
3. Grind the fresh coffee beans.
4. Add grounds to heating vessel.
5. Press grounds slightly with tamper plate.
6. Assemble the pot.
7.Place moka pot onto the heat source. The flame (if using stove) should not exceed the edge of bottom chamber.
8. Keep the cover open when brewing coffee. Turn off heat source when coffee stops and cream comes out.
9. Pour coffee and enjoy.
10. Clean moka pot after use. Place the parts up side down to ensure there is no water hidden inside.

Even if the handle is made of silicon, DO NOT touch it while and after brewing on a stovetop."

Here is one of my favorites:
Recipe: Strawberry-Yogurt Popsicles

Makes 6 popsicles (3-ounce molds)
1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled and roughly chopped
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
6 to 8 ounces (about 1 cup) Greek yogurt

Combine the strawberries and sugar in a small bowl. Let stand about 20 minutes to macerate the fruit, stirring occasionally. The fruit will soften and become syrupy.

Pour the strawberries and syrup into a food processor or blender. Add the lemon juice and pulse a few times until the fruit is pureed.

Stir the yogurt into the strawberry mixture until combined. Pour into molds and freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight. To remove, run hot water over the outside of the mold until you can gently pull the popsicle out.

Notes:
You can substitute nearly any seasonal fruit (or mix of fruits!) for the strawberries in this recipe.
For harder fruits, like rhubarb and under-ripe peaches, try cooking down the fruit with the sugar and a few tablespoons of water over medium heat. This helps soften them and concentrate their flavor.

Asmork Oil Paintings

Autumn is my favorite time of year and sadly, we moved from the east coast to where Autumn only exists inside my heart. Having this well-crafted set brings the season alive, if only in my dreams.
